G.I. Joe Classified scale version of the FRIDGE! CUSTOM figure, for which you can find the main loadout here:
griidironprops.com
Look for the "ICEBOX" loadout on their page. This is an homage to the GI Joe A Real American Hero / ARAH 3.75" o-ring figure of the 1980s, first released in 1987 by Hasbro.
William Perry was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 1985, and won a Super Bowl with them in 1986, before becoming a member of GI Joe. Enjoy!

The color I think adds depth and scale
I hope they come out with an official one using the upcoming “thick” road pig buck. But this looks very cool.
Regarding the backdrop; it depends on colour. The white backdrop gives focus to the figure/ accessories when they’re individually displayed but a figure in its complete presentation, I think the backdrop looks cool. TL DR; both
