Ghost Protein Cereal Review | Ghost Peanut Butter Protein and Marshmallow Protein Cereals

We all know Ghost makes tons of great supplements and although I tend to focus on the amazing energy drinks they have, most people love them for their amazing and unique protein powder flavors, preworkout powders, hydration drinks, greens, gamer powders and so much more. Just when you think they've tapped into a lot of the products on the market, they do this! Ghost just released a protein cereal. In a world of protein shakes and protein powders, they have found another way to get your protein!
Do these protein cereals taste like protein though?!??! One of the drawbacks to some protein supplements is the protein flavor. Ghost has Peanut Butter protein cereal and marshmallow protein cereal. Let's taste them out and see how good they are.

Facts man. If he ever gives up on the channel and stops making videos I’m going to be so damn sad. I’ve been watching this guy back since 2019. He’s the GOAT of energy drink reviews, obviously. One of those people where the world would legit be a worse place without him. Also, on a side note: I just found and tried out this Witch’s Brew Alaninu flavor, and man it’s amazing. It’s a green apple caramel flavor and it’s really, really good. As always, went and watched his review and tasted it out at the same time. But, if you haven’t already had it, and are able to find it- definitely do.

Great reviews! All the protein/healthy cereals I've eaten have artificial sweetener in them and taste like trash. The fact that these are Ghost, an energy brand with decent tasting sweetener, but they actually use sugar in them and NOT sweetener, is odd. Then your posting of the ingredients shows that they actually use Lucky Charms marshmallows because these are General Mills. What a weird set of cereals. Definitely need to hunt these down.

For some reason you had me at the edge of my seat watching this review. It was so different from your normal content. Haha. If these two really hit it off, I can see them making a fruit loop type one and even a bran flake cereal. 💪🏻👍🏻

I don't think Ive ever beaten ANYONE to a Protein review!!! 😂😂😂 No rating? Well, this is what happens when you only review energy drinks. Anything else and Im thrown off... plus, how do I rate a cereal? I have nothing to compare it to. I guess I 'could' have done a general score but I felt 'good or bad' was good enough. 😂😂😂

The problem is you don’t have anything to compare it to like you said like is real cereal a 10/10 or is lucky charms an 8 then is this 6? It’s a slippery slope that’s hard to gauge. I don’t know when I’ll be reviewing this hopefully soon!

only one thing separates from your usual cereals that they are priced few times higher and + less amount 😂😂😂 but i would definitely try as alternative for healthier product(less sugar, more protein and ofc its like good marketing by Ghost(people like ghost energy so they would definitely would try some ghost cereals 😂😂😂)

Shame they have some good ingredients and high protein but have crappy oils (palm and canola). I'll prob give it a try once as a tasty treat.

Between the amount of servings/price point per box, the macros, and the Ingredients this product is horrible. Some people will even think this is a healthy alternative to regular cereal. Ghost should have done a lot better.
10 dollars for a box of this cereal which is just as unhealthy as a regular box of Lucky Charms or Reeses Puffs is just the same trash.
Bro do NOT buy this cereal 🙏🏼 I spent 9 bucks on the Marshmallow one 💀 and it tastes like cardboard. 1/10 would NOT EAT AGAIN.
