Agree totally. There wouldn"t have been Nightwish without Tarja. This is now a second chapter and they are lucky Floor brought them back to life. .

They both are awesome there is no comparison needed between them! We asked God for an angel so instead he sent us two!!

I love them both. For me, it is impossible to say which one is better, because they are both incredible, irreplaceable talents, and they both are brilliant in their own ways, and I can't say anything bad about either. I love Nightwish and they've never done anything I thought was bad.

There is just ONE thing, that could make this even more awesome: Having an ACTUAL choir to sing the chorus.

Toveri Juri I agree! Well done... Nightwish is the Music and Composition of Mastermind Mr. Holopainen. The singer isn't important imho. Tarja was great, Anette was cute, Floor is ok, but Roy Khan would fit also to the music imho... With a matching Instrument for the main melody part and its voice , you could even do this music without a singer. Ich stimme zu! Gut gemacht... Nightwish ist die Musik und Komposition von Meister Holopainen. Die Saengerin ist unwichtig, meiner Meinung nach. Tarja war grossartig, Anette suess, Floor in Ordnung, aber Roy Khan wuerde genauso zur Musik passen, wie ich finde... Mit dem passenden Instrument fuer die Erste Stimme, könnte man sogar auf einen Saenger verzichten.

Ironically, despite agreeing that Tarja and Floor are two of the most incredible vocalists, I think Tuomas has hit his composer peak with the two albums that they released with Anette.

I started listening to Nightwish since Tarja era. Then Annette, Now Floor. Of the 3, Tarja the Gothic Queen, Annette the “Pop” Queen, and finally Floor, the Valkyrie Metal Queen. All have their merits. I just prefer FLOOR, because I can feel the emotion of the song when Floor sings.

Very good mix. Floor and Tarja are friends, any attempt to create antagonism is just a whim. Tarja has a unique voice, she has a unique vibrato. Floor may not have exactly that, but she has a great voice, and the strength and resilience she has on stage is wonderful

Yeah! Jukka was my favourite. I miss him in Nightwish more than Tarja or Anette. He was the pulse and his stage presence was pure rock'n'roll bad ass vibe with his bandana and tattoos.

I think the world of this group. They are more talented then many. Opera and metal blend. VERY moving and powerful! Floor has it for me, hands down! I hope she is healthy and happy!

Just imagine, if Tarja would ever join Nightwish on stage just for one song and do a duett with Floor... How incredible that would be, I know this will never happen, understandably so considering how Tarja and the rest of the band parted ways, but just imagine it..... IF it ever did happen, I would literally give ANYTHING to be there and see that show in person I have always and will always be in Tarjas corner, she's the OG, I dont think Nightwish would have ven formed without her and definately not reched the heights they have, but I will never deny that Floor is an incredible singer too, and probably more versatile in her vocal abilities And no, me saying I dont think Nightwish would have formed/reached the heights they have without Tarja does not mean that I think Tuomas and the rest of the band would not have been sucessful, they are all brilliant musicians and Tuomas a fantastic composer, I just don't think they would have done it toghether, as one band

Jaw-dropping. Did you see the chubby red-hed in the front row just after Floor screams "Time to never hold our love"? She was having one hell of a Floorgasm. Looked like she was going to faint :D I love how for the 1st 4 minutes she sings just like the original but after that she decides to sing it her way.

Just watched a recent interview with Floor. She is now FLUENT IN FINNISH!! When she joined, she said that she wanted to learn to feel closer and more at home with her boys. Well she has learned, and it didn't seem like she had any trouble going into Finnish and back to English. Learn all our songs in two days? OK! Learn Finnish next? OK! Is ther anything this wonder woman can't do? Love you Floor!!

Awesome mix, Tarja is a beauty, but Floor is, without a doubt, the best for me!!! Her facial expressions, gestures, vocals, all together puts her in the first place!!! And the sparkle in his eyes does not fit the description, it's just mega gorgeous!!! by the way, in this mix, I noticed this difference for myself once again!!! Tarja is a mega strong vocalist, a pioneer in this direction, but Floorish, an order of magnitude better! And in general, thanks to the author for the mix!!!

I started following NW music just when TarJa exit ...went to NW live shows couple time with Annette ( loves & missed Annette ❤ ) also saw Floor for couple of time plus planning to see NW in Los Angeles beginning 2022 ...CANNOT WAIT !! MY FAV SYMPHONIC ROCKS BAND EVER .

I don't know if it's nostalgia but when I hear Tarja I want to cry, she makes me feel so many emotions with her voice and I feel like I'm transported to a different era. Floor is amazing but Tarja for me is hands down the best in Nightwish.

Tarja has a certain timbre to her voice that makes instantly recognizable. I prefer hers over any I have heard.

I prefer Floor, but I have to admit that this song shows off both of their voices in the most lovely manner.

Beyond the two incredible vocalists, the perfection with which the band plays is such that the changes between videos are almost imperceptible.

The sync between the two versions of this masterpiece is godly!!!!! My goodness I'm simply not emotionally prepared for this... Got goosbumps over goosebumps over goosebumps. And I don't know if that is even possible

This is perfect for someone like me who prefers this song with Tarja's operatic vocals and Floor's ending. Just my personal opinion, of course. These two make my favorite singers of the genre. Also, good job to Spydee RAJAONAH. I like this video very much. :)

To be honest Tarja had to change her outfit after this song, and GLS wasnt originaly ment to finish with such a scream. Otherwise she would do something like the end of Tha phantom of the opera. On the other hand Floor is capable to add something from her to the song, so why not?

Tarja rules always! I adore her opera voice mixed with the metal rock is awesome!

I love both Tarjas and Floors voice. Both of them fit Nightwish. Both of them have classically trained voices which is what I appreciate in Nightwish music. Anette was a sweet girl with a good voice, but for me personally the classical touch is a must in Nightwishs music.

They're both amazing, with a few special voice characteristics each. Both hit the highest notes but Tarja's lower range is better. However Floor as a growl in the angry rocker phrases that Tarja doesn't have. You can't see it in this version, but Floor has a special ability for adding her own creation/improvisation at the end of Ghost Love Score, not so much in this Wacken version but especially the orgasmic end in the Buenos Aires Live DVD. The audience sure noticed it there chanting her name. And then Tarja invented the *whole genre* herself!! I can only imagine a NW + Floor studio album will be amazing, and Tarja's solo albums are getting better all the time. Impossible to choose one over the other. Hope I will see more of the two singing together one of these days, like that gig in Belgium.

Charisma & Power - This is Nightwish. That is some serious sound and video editing. I could not hear a missed note between the 2 girls. 😎👍

both singer are great but my heart beats for Floor. The mix is really a great piece of work ! Thank you for that.

I absolutely love Floor.. but when I was introduced to Nightwish Tarja was Nightwish for me. Even loved Annette. All 3 bring their own and love that We shouldn't compare them which we do but Nightwish and the music is what makes us happy.

Could it be that you just smoke some weird stuff ? Floor has neither the class nor the voice to even remotely hold a candle to Tarja. A high tone does not make an extraordinary singer. It's just average and boring. And today's success and fame Nightwish owe entirely to Tarja and not to a third-rate Dutch singer.

This is probably the best mix anyone has ever made

For the love of God I hate the argument! The truth is that these two ladies have & would work together again. Perhaps even on the same stage! I'll point a finger of blame at the mad genius Tuomas, for he was the one to have needlessly complicated an iconic band & concept! Personally, I am glad the two ladies appreciate each other's God-given gifts & it's only the fan factions who "wish" to kill each other! I love this Tribute to both!!!

They singing Over the Hills and Far Away together gives me life. They're amazing. They're different and shouldn't be compared since they have different signatures di their singing

At the end of the song the power and range of floor Jansen is there's no comparison.

Both are absolutely bone chilling voices to say the least. I personally like Floor better, but Tarja truly is something special too.

the 2013, more rolling baseline Floor fit beautifully, but in the earlier, more orchestral, symphonic version, Tarja's angelic fluidity was so perfection

it's an exelent mix, sounds like an actual duet lol, really nicely done, and though i love Floor's voice there is something about Tarja's voice that makes this song sound better ( maybe it's the fact that this song was written specificly for Tarja's voice ) in any case they are both excelent singers

The editing on this spot on. No drop in sound quality perfectly in sink the only way you would know they weren't on the same stage together is you never see them together. & They are two different performance's. Really good 👍👍. Thanks for putting this together. This song still sounds mental 😁 talk about epic. 😃

Tarja might have more technique or so, but man, Floor is the better singer imho, she pulls you into the song way more with her feeling. I dont "feel" tarja

Floor is the best that could happen to Nightwish after Tarja left.

I hated Nightwish with Anette. Anette was not a bad singer, it just did not feel like Nightwish with her. With Floor it feels like Nightwish again. They need a certain type of singer for their sound.

@@maxrav1831 I don't care. I think Nightwish sounds much better with Tarja, and Floor. Aneete just did not sound like Nightwish to me. It was like when Ray Manzarek tried to be the lead singer of the Doors after Morison died. It just did not sound like the Doors.

@@marks2807 Nah I would say more like Brian Johnstone replacing Bon Scott, Brian got and still gets the same shit Anette gets from so called fans yet his first album with the band is the 3rd or 4th biggest selling album of all time, much like the effect Anette had both commercially and creatively.
