I was at that show. It kicked ass. No warm up bands just str8 ghost. They played a ton of songs. Amazing band!

Yeah during the meet and greet with Copia while waiting in line you can see the 3 papas in their display cases. Then after the photo op with Copia you can take pics of the corpses. Look at the ghost reddit there's pics of them on there.

blade83336 I paid a little over 100 for each ticket but that included what they call VIP which is early entry and balcony seats. Well worth it!

Yeah drummer was not off. I've played drums for 25 years and can tell he's playing to a click per usual on the ghost live stage shows. Thing is I love ghost, but I have no idea why Forge was so quick to get rid of the band that was Ghost speaking of Omega here and pay an extra keyboardist and extra guitarist that is unneeded and totally unnecessary. Makes no sense to me.

I think it's because the original (and original-ish) members would cost more money since they're more than just hired players. So he got rid of them so he can say it's just a solo project and keep most of the money and pay musicians to play and not have to share revenue beyond that.

Samuel Whitaker omega is a big missing part of this band. He was the soul of this band he created together with forge all the hits

Well since Cardinal Copia is supposed to be younger than previous papas, so in that case, yes he is more funny. Just like papa 3. Papa 1 and 2 didnt really made things funny i guess

Daniel Klein I'm ok with that. I was soooo excited to see the latest incarnation of the front man even though the magical formula that kicked off this great band was gone, ie; A&O. But this show just lends credence to the rumours that Ghost is no longer a band, he's just a solo performer with back up instrumentals. Depressed I didn't get to see them before this era.

Fan since Opus but I'm not feeling these new songs at all. Meliora had some of the greatest Ghost songs, but half of that album wasn't interesting for me either. This band got too poppy and kid-friendly. And Rats was a terrible first single!

airlockengage Nah, but it was dark. Sure, it wasn't The Great Old Ones or stuff like that but its sound was fresh. Have you heard the studio version of the Danse Macabre song? If you like it, more fun for you. But for me, I am just glad King Diamond is releasing a new album next year and that Attic is making great stuff, but furthermore there have been many great albums released this year.
