Gheenoe Rally 2023 - 5 Days in St Marks Florida

This year, Custom Gheenoe hosted their annual charity rally in St Marks Florida at Shell Island Fish Camp. So, along with my friend Daryn who flew down from Indiana, we spent 5 days fishing, boating and socializing with this great group of people. We certainly had a lot of fun, explored lots of new water and even caught a few fish. Because of the length of the trip and amount of content, this became the longest video I have ever produced. So, to make it a little more fun, I gave it a Pirates of The Caribbean theme, which was inspired by Gheenoe owners the Canadas, who decorated their boat like the Black Pearl during the show and sponsored the Ultimate Tacklebox giveaway. Many thanks to everyone involved and in attendance, especially since 100% of the proceeds go directly to charity every year. What an amazing event!

This was fun to watch. You were up in my neck of the woods... or at least it used to be. I lived in Tallahassee most of my life and have fished those flats a ton. We launched at the lighthouse ramp a bunch, because as you saw... that's a long run down the river. The oyster bars at the mouth of the river and in the tidal creeks tends to be much better for reds and then out drifting the grass flats is better for trout. I'm gonna be in your home waters quite a bit soon. I'm moving to the area close to Boston Whaler next week. Anyway- thanks for showing off my home waters and keep up all the great content. I remember seeing a bunch of Gheenoe's at Shell Island Fish Camp back around that time. Must have been your group! Great video. 👍

Thanks! I usually mention if I'm expecting to be absent during either the intro or the wrap up of the video prior. I know I mentioned this trip and that I'd probably not post much until afterward. Appreciate you watching though!
