Best way to conquered anxiety is to write your thoughts, I am doing it from 6 years, what I do, I record it then I upload it on KZread, now I have 3M subs, habit of daily journalling and recoding made me different person. Toh safar shura hua tha aansu ke sath akele room mei khayal likhne se, aaj kaafila hai. Btw, ek wakt aisa bhi aata hai, isi anxiety me ache se perform karne ki skill develop karni hi hoti hai, like back to back stage performance ho, kabhi badi opportunities ho parr chodd nahi sakte, it's fine, bass ye 365 theek nahi hai. What I know is limited but it vl help the needy. 1. Wear silver chain/bracelet/ring or all of them 2. Drink water as much as possible but it should not be cold water normal water only 3. Pray to your lord always 4. Don't eat spicy food at all also don't eat fried food as well. 5. Walking and running helps a lot 6. Take bath two times a day. 7. Don't give importance to people who put u down don't do anything bad to other people always think what you want and pray to your lord. These are some of the things I know will work and reduce ones anxiety for sure.

Deep breathing, holding for few seconds and exhale slowly can overcome anxiety within 2 to 3 minutes
बहु अच्छा लगा सुनकर अगर ऐसे ही लोगों को मानसिक बीमारियों से जागरूकता देंगे तो आप लोगों की मानसिक बीमारियों के बारे में ऊनकी सोच को बदल सकते हैं किऊं कि मानसिक बीमारियों के सुनते ही लोग घबराने लगते ओर दूसरों को बताना नहीं चाहते किऊं कि दूसरे भी तरह तरहां की बातें बनाने लगते हैं कि ऊ कि वो ब ईन सब से ईनज्जान होते हैं ख़ास करके हमारे देश में 🙏

मैम मुझे जब घबराहट होती है तो मै अपनी पत्नी के पास चला जाता हू वह मुझे जब प्यार से सहलाती है और चुम्बन आदि लेती है तो मेरी घबराहट समाप्त होने लगती है
