आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है टेस्टी सेवई की खीर | भुनी हुई सेवई की खीर बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | बिना मावा, बिना मिल्क पाउडर के घर में खीर पुडिंग बनाने का आसान तरीका | परफेक्ट बासुंदी/दानेदार बासुंदी कैसे बनाये? | मसाला किचन की आसान खीर, रबड़ी, बासुंदी, पुडिंग रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बाजार जैसी बासुंदी/लच्छेदार रबड़ी/खुरचन वाली खीर रबड़ी बनाने की विधि | इंस्टेंट खीर/चावल की खीर, साबूदाना खीर, खीर बासुंदी, गाढ़ी खीर बासुंदी बनाने की आसान रेसिपी कम चीज़ों से | टेस्टी खीर बनाने का आसान तरीका | सेवइयाँ रेसिपी, सेवई खीर बनाने की विधि। मसाला किचन की खीर/पुडिंग/मिठाई रेसिपीज़ ज़रुर देखी और रेसिपी को ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर करें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Tsp
* Vermicelli(सेवई) - 1+1/4 Bowl
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Litre
* Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 4-5
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - Less than 1 Pinch
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Almonds(बादाम) -Some
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) -Some
* Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli(चिरौंजी/चारोली) - Some
RECIPE
Keep the pan on the flame, put Ghee & Vermicelli/Sevai in it. Then roast the Vermicelli/Sevai till it turns dark brown on a slow flame for 8-9 minutes. Then put Milk and keep it for boiling. Take some Green Cardamom and grind it coarsely in a mortar pestle. When the milk starts boiling then put the Cardamom in the kheer, a pinch of Baking Soda, some Sugar. When the sugar gets dissolve properly, then put nicely chopped Dry Fruits like- Almonds, Pistachio & Amonette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli in it. Cover it and cook it on a low to medium flame for 2-4 minutes. Keep it for a cool down, serve it & enjoy it. In this way, Super-Tasty & Malaidar Sevai Kheer/Pudding/Sevai Dessert will get ready easily.
