@@randmockguitars4079 Wenge is made of concrete and anger. All it wants is for you to die. Splinters is its only weapon, and it uses them liberally. The soft and hard striations make it love to tear out. And when sanding don't use pressure or the soft lines will come away more, like ash, leaving a textured surface. Wenge just sucks. And it's soooooo worth it in the end. :D Love your design,

I remember your guitar! you build the sunburst with the maple in that triangle pattern. That was such a brilliant idea. looking forwrd to your build this year
