I am loving your guitar. The curves are beautiful. I am thinking of entering next year for my first build. Craftsmen like yourself have inspired me. Good luck.

So my question is, are you going to put any binding around the outside? I really, really like the curves and lines you’ve made on this, the contours are great and as I said on your last video, the timber selection and the figuring you’ve brought out really speaks volumes. Of course to win GGBO, it’s those little details that start to jump out, in my view over and above the artistic elements. I like the use of black hardware, sticking with the contrast of colours, it’s just a question now of final execution. Definitely gonna have a crack at the raffle on it though. One other thing- perfecting recording takes, a long time ago, seemed a chore. Since then, it became a seeking of the perfect moment, usually about 20 takes into a song, where you finally relax and hit the flow almost forgetting the timing of the other tracks around it. And you know what helps to do that? Bloody air conditioning. If you get cash off the sale of this, seriously, buy an air conditioner. You can’t put a price on comfort.

Hi.. I decided against binding due to what I have planned for the final illustration. Hopefully it'll go as well as I'm imagining it and it'll make sense once done. And thank you! But tbh I have given almost no thought to the competition aspect of it- there are just so many brilliant builders here. Yes! a bloody AC is definitely on the top of my list, it's been a very hot time in there lol. I just completed the structure this spring, so hopefully I'll find time to get settled into the space at some point and get some creature comforts going. I've been so busy with 3 builds I've had no time to get properly set up. really appreciate your input, thank you so much. I hope you like the final product. It's great to get honest opinions to get better and improve my work and designs
