    Regular screening at community level, PHC and alternative sites . Education , awareness Integration , mobilizing the private sector , R and D and drug companies .

    Countries are at various levels of readiness . Support to focus on the readiness, possible a readiness tool that weighs in on all the hurdles as presented . 1. PHC status 2. Awareness and Education 3. Research and policy 4.Government commitment meter 5. Referral and treatment models These parameters must be triangulated to state the readiness of each country
