Irene actually would iron Yeri's clothing and stuff when Yeri first debuted since she was still in school. Honestly, they have one of the cutest friendships. Irene is kinda parental towards Yeri, and Yeri loves to tease her. But Irene is also sometimes really childish around Yeri sdfkjh

I will always remember when Irene said she would hide an egg in Yeri's breakfast rice so she would have fun eating before getting ready to go to school, like a little surprise. Also, there was a time Irene was on a show at a convenience store and she was looking at candy and bought some for Yeri because it was her favorite since she was a kid, Irene really has been like a second mom for her.

Honestly 3rd gen was really blessed with vocals, we had MAMAMOO, Red Velvet and GFRIEND just flexing left and right. Wendy's voice is just insane. Also, MMM and RV are good friends, especially Moonbyul and Seulgi, and Wendy and Solar share a birthday so there are quite a few lovely interactions between the groups that I think y'all would like.

Wendy is my bias. She is wild and a meme while also being one of my top vocalists in 3rd gen Kpop (only tied with Mamamoo and Siyeon for me). She's just wonderful. But Joy, Irene, Yeri and Seulgi are also power houses of talent

Don't get me wrong, I think Wendy is one of the top vocalists in 3rd Gen. However, the single best vocalist from that time (and one of the two best rappers) comes from a group that's neither second gen, OR 3rd gen. EXID's Solji is an absolute freak, and the best female vocalist from a team that still exists. There's a reason her other job is professor of practical music, not just vocal coach.

I hope you enjoy your time getting into red velvet! They are one of the only groups i trust to do RnB and they shine on their bsides! Red Velvet- Eyes locked hands locked, kingdom come, perfect 10, and time skip are some of my personal favorites!

Oh their bsides is the hidden gem in kpop! Alongside with dreamcatcher and i'm not even exaggerating..because their vocals were heavenly

When Red Velvet was performing "Rookie" at NJPAC in Newark, NJ in 2019 (for which I was in the audience), Seulgi's hair extension fell off. That's what that bonus clip was about. Funny thing is, I was so far from the stage that I never even noticed it when it happened.

Didn't seem like you caught it in the video but RV and reveluvs abide by their rep colors quite a bit. Oftentimes captions will be colored accordingly. In case you watch fan translated vids. Revelupsubs is a good resource for translated shows Irene - pink Seulgi - yellow/orange Wendy - blue Joy - green Yeri - purple

Lol we found a stray Moonbyul in the RV guide! Now would be a good time to also check out Moonbyul's duet with Seulgi in her MV "Selfish"! I don't think you've seen that one yet in your MMM reactions. Seulgi and Moonbyul are close friends as are Solar and Irene. Red Velvet and Mamamoo became friends early on as rookies because they debuted around the same time. Most of the RVxMMM content is Moonbyul and Seulgi such as IDOT (Idol Drama Operation Team - a show where 7 idols write and star in there own kdrama), Moonbyul's Camping KZread series that Seulgi guested on, the "Selfish" MV, and Irene and Seulgi's variety show called "Level Up" that Byul guested on. Automatic is a MUST for Velvet side. it came out at the same time as Ice Cream Cake, and has a video (briefly shown in guide). Perfect Red Velvet album is mostly Velvet side, and has some of their best b-sides IMO. Look, Kingdom Come, Perfect 10, seriously got goose bumps when I first listened to the album.

Red Velvet has always been experimental in the best ways. Love that they don’t sound like any other girl groups out there, including themselves in previous releases. They have the best discography IMO. If you react to more Red Velvet, don't be surprised if you find yourself saying "Is this the same group?!?" Every comeback is completely different. Wendy is the BEST female vocalist of this generation. Her range and vocals is absolutely untouchable, no matter what group you put her, the main vocalist position will eventually be the one coming to her. She was born for that position. Seulgi could be a main vocalist in any other group I feel. She is a fantastic vocalist and is very stable. Her lives are sooooo good and her tone is gorgeous. The fact she's in a group with a mega-powerful vocalist like Wendy yet still manages to hold her own says it all really.

We seriously nee a new/more recent guide... Yeri and Irene are actually so wholesome pair. Their B-sides are sometimes (kinda always) better than the title track. Their whole discography it's something else. The RBB album, Birthday album, Feel My Rhythm album, Queendom album, Rookie album, TRF Finale, THE PERFECT RED VELVET... Masterpieces.

Each member's associated fruit is seen in "Red Flavor" and "Power Up", FYI. There's also a reality series episode where they literally create a song with just their fruits and it vibes like Potter Puppet Pals. xD Red Velvet has some of the most unique vocal mixing in all of kpop. "Ice Cream Cake" was one of the first choreo's I learned! Irene: 32 - LITERAL COMEDIAN AND NO ONE GETS IT UNTIL YOU DEEP DIVE. Actual mom, she takes care of the girls so well.

Wendy's definitely the mood maker of the group and my god she's such an Angel to everyone around her ! Everyone who meets her only has good things to say about her personality and kind deeds

Yeri was always going to be apart of RV. The issue was they debuted the group almost a full year early to kind of take the heat away from some company scandals happening (long story) so that is why Yeri debuted later with Ice Cream Cake.

OH MY GOODNESS YES YES YES YES AHHH! I've been waiting for you guys to check this guide out (this or the A hopefully comprehensive guide to Red Velvet Queendom Era because these two are fantastic they show everyone equally and they actually talk about each Member and their interests and such- also y'all checked out Naughty on one of your streams one of the only times I miss your stream and y'all watch Naughty dang it, it's fine) I also love the Irene, Wendy, and Yeri love because sadly they're pretty underrated and people kind of skip over them I mean they all deserve love- that's one thing that I don't really like in K - Pop is when people only really like one or two Members in the group and then skip over the rest! But overall Reveluvs are pretty lovable (pun intended) and they show a lot of love to our girls (SM though eh, and at the beginning the "fans" were pretty mean to them like for an example SM had Wendy on a Yoyo Diet which is horrible and she was very skinny for awhile during Red Flavor and the staff members were watching what they all ate like there was this one video with Wendy, Seulgi, and Taeyeon and they were eating ice cream and the staff members were like staring at Wendy and you could tell how scared Wendy was, then King Taeyeon said "Leave them alone, let them eat what they want to eat!" Somewhere along those lines and apparently Wendy also was on a diet earlier on where she would only drink shakes and then would do like 10,000 jumping jacks a day- I'm not sure if that's right but I read that in some article and all I can say is WOW just leave our girls alone let them do whatever they want!) I also just wanted to say for Irene she really is the Mom of the Group her and Wendy are the Mom and the Dad of the Group (WenRene) and it's the cutest thing ever, she also also is known to be pretty cold she is legit known to "hate" men like seriously it's a joke but I think that she barely tolerates them and it's the funniest thing ever. Dude Seulgi is just wow she could be a Main Vocalist in any other Group and nope that dancing video was not sped up at all, and again yep that's her walk I don't know man our girls are wild. Dude at 14:40 y'all NEED to check this out (also yes she and Moon are very flirty/greasy)- I don't know if you guys heard it but she said "Ooh Girl come and light me up" the original (it's their song she did a solo of it) said "Ooh boy" on both verses but she switched it which is iconic plus the lip bite at the end just says it all, you guys also should check out her Solos. At 20:16 this reaction is everything and it's so me she is STUNNING aka Sexy Dynamite/The Girl in the Rainbow Dress, and Joy with dogs IS THE ULTIMATE CUTENESS LIKE LOOK AT THAT- plus I just have to say this girl legit makes me smile every time she smiles (hence why her name is Joy) and her Solo Hello just made it even better/worse my cheeks were hurting after because I smiled too much. (Also at 23:40 this is so iconic and hilarious) and Yeri SHE IS TOO UNDERRATED like seriously her Rap is insane and her Vocals are just WOW literally Cotton Candy vocals- also at 25:15 again that reaction Kess is literally me every time I see an idol, and at 25:53 FINALLY y'all finally saw it that is from one of their most iconic songs Peek-A-Boo they all were wearing Rainbow and LGBTQ+ shirts- we love our supportive Queens (who are pretty fruity themselves), but YES Yeri is just AMAZING and very savage! Anyways I can't wait for you guys to react to more Red Velvet such as more Music Videos, B - Sides, Live Performances, Covers, Dance Practices, Moments, and of course Ships! Just want to say it may come up that Wendy's appearance has changed a bit but that was because of a really bad stage accident that happened on Christmas Day 2019. With the negligence of SBS staff during a rehearsal for the SBS Gayo year end awards Wendy was instructed to walk down a dark tunnel with a flashlight where she would reach a set of stairs and walk down to the stage. Only thing was the stairs weren't set up yet and she walked blindly to the edge and fell 8-10 ft crushing the right side of her face as well as breaking her wrist and pelvis. She was actually found unconscious by Solar of Mamamoo. No idea how long she was there for. This is also why the group had no activities as 5 between the end of 2019 and 2021 when Queendom came out. Just some info that I thought may help. Thanks for the reaction!

They are so Talented, Red Velvet is one of the 3 best girl groups in 3rd generation. I mean is Blackpink, Twice and Red Velvet. Irene my bias!. And another thing, the gap between Irene and Yeri is the same as Sakura and Eunche from Le Sserafine (8 yeas), and that's funny because Irene is Sakura Bias. She love RV so much.
