Very nice video. It's interesting to hear about the communities from folks who have actually lived there. Great shots of the trail. You two work well together for the videos. Our two year countdown has begun! So excited. We will be visiting family there in the next week or so to experience the “heat”. We are not ready to pull the trigger yet, but let me know if there is something we should see in person while we are there.

My husband and I are coming out in July and meeting with Tammi. We are really looking forward to seeing the different areas and figuring out where the best fit for us is. This video was really helpful to see the area where you both live, it looks beautiful! We have already changed our minds about what and where we want to visit and Tammi has already been so helpful, quick to respond, and understanding about that. Your channel is definitely our go-to for finding out information on the communities. I appreciate hearing info on the different areas about traffic, how crowded places are etc. it is so helpful. We can’t wait to find the area best for us and our next home with your help! 😊

Tammi just spent a few days with my wife and me and helped us find our place in Victory at Verrado. We were pretty set on Pebblecreek but then Tammi was like, "you guys should at least see this other community"... we had already seen Sun City Festival and Cantamia I think. I am so glad we did. We accepted a counter offer yesterday and are working through the process. I would recommend Tammi for sure and feel free to ping me for any more information if you are considering moving to AZ. I found these two from these videos and reached out to Kelley who put me in touch with Tammi.

In the past you have asked for video ideas. What about the topic of home insurance. I hear that insurers are pulling out of AZ or highly increasing costs for North and East Phx homes and anything in wooded areas due to fire? Further, if we (I) might consider buying a home and renting it out until I'm ready to move there, what are the considerations. Thx, just an idea....
