Thank you so much. Since the onset of my OCD symptoms 3 years ago, you have been simply life-saving. As I go through a painful relapse these holidays after a year of calm, I remember that it all is part of this journey and that there is hope for every single person here. I'm getting there, we all are.

I struggled most of my youth with OCD and then with addiction up until 33. I'm nearly 30 years sober. I now work in MH care when I feel well enough (arthritis). A family member pointed me to you because you are helping them with your channel. I wish there had been this kind of support way back when. Be kind to yourself and connect whenever you can. Isolation I have found almost got me. Happy Christmas x

thank you so much for your videos, you’re honest and don’t sell a bunch of sh*t or useless ‘techniques’ and just your videos alone have made such a difference, you have been a beacon in the most suffocating darkness I’ve ever experienced and I thank you so much for that, you make such a difference, I’ve been watching for years never really commented I just wanted to say thank you and hope you carry on, you gave me what no doctor or therapist managed to ever give me and that’s hope, keep inspiring you’re amazing it’s like you know my brain better than me in some videos, you’ve said things only someone who’s struggled with ocd would know that’s why I have hope now cause I know it’s real, other KZreadrs or ‘therapists’ I’ve never clicked with and found them tacky and their content is more about keeping your attention and making you click than actually helping but you instantly inspired me and sparked that feeling of hope, so thank you so much and I hope you have a happy time saying bye to this crap year as will I, much love chrissie ❤❤❤

Thank you Chrissie for all your kindness and compassion this year. I have no doubt you helped a lot of people, not just me. For sure, family systems you grow up in can make you ill, and the harm they do is usually passed down through the generations. When I was a kid I asked my mom "why does Dad yell at me in the store in front of all the customers?" And she said his father used to do the same to him. I knew it was wrong because once one of the customers said to him "they're just kids." As Charles Dickens wrote: "a child has a keen sense of injustice" and I was left with a lot of anger and other issues I didn't need to have to deal with as I grew into adulthood. So yeah, sometimes some families can be harmful. Anyway, thanks for all you did this year and hope you have a great Christmas. 🎄 🎁

It’s a blessing to be Gen Z with OCD since we born at the right time. We could use the internet to see what the problem was and how to fix it at a young age, but Millennials and Gen X didn’t have that easy luxury.
