Nice thoughts! Always keen to see more Outcast lists. They're such an interesting gang concept with such a wide latitude of possible combinations. I'm trying to build up some Cold Traders myself but I'm also interested in House Ty as well as the Van Saar dramatis Personae that comes with the mech suit & the Chaos Spawn Abomination one.

These are awesome ! Ounce to start list building it’s hard to stop creating. I’m about to run a campaign where I’m using a stimmer who turned his back on house Goliath ( using the gorshiv rules). They have taken over the switch yards. And formed an alliance with house delaque to act as muscle and a speed bump and distraction to their hidden territories. In turn the outcast gang get intel on other gangs and supplies from the delaque.

Just got my Outcast book and watched the other outcast video again, now this. Shot D

One of my ideas is an Ambot leader and hiring another as soon as possible champs have the fixer skill, its a group of survivors trying to make a settlement for themselves under the imperial house repression. Could be cool to play an outlanders campaign with and a good use of the two ambots in the box.

Oh man - that wyrd cherub servitor gang sounds like some mad awesome fun... now I gotta make a bunch of servitor goons! The three potent psykers list makes me think of Akira, the three old kids.

Great video and very helpful. Really struggling with working out how to use Yaktribe for Outcasts at all though - any tips getting started with that?

I would give the baby a flamer personally, would be hilarious to make a tiny flying dragon.

Hi, I love your videos since I'm just staring to get into Necromunda. I would love to play outcasts, but I haven't find the tool to make my oucast gangs. I use the yaktribe Paige for making my gang roster but I haven't find the outcast option. Only the custom gang wich is totally blank. So would you please direct me in the right way? Sending good vibes from Czech Republic

Thanks! Easy, use custom and just add hive scum in the hangers on tab as your gangers. For you leaders and champions, if it's a delegation you can just add the delegation using the button on the main gang page (after entering an alliance) but if it's not you will have to input the stats and costings manually in the custom ganger section.

You can scrap all weapons and skills and pay extra for other weapons and skills if you wish

Maybe it's on me misinterpreting the rules, but aren't you forced to match the affiliation to the delegation you chose to form the core of your gang? To the Promethium Guild instead of Van Saar in your guild one, for example?

Dont want to be "that guy" and I hope im wrong, but cant you only have one champ per 3 gangers? So you would need an extra ganger in the lists?

You can have 0-2 Champs at creation. The gang must contain at least 50% gangers as per normal and after the first game if you want extra Champs they're 1 to 3 gangers yes. Doesn't affect gang creation

Are you sure you can actually take a delegation with a house? I thought the delegation rules made the gang a delegation gang, so a promethium delegation would be a promethium guild outcast gang.

It's fairly ambiguous tbh, like a lot of munda but I think for the sake of fluff it's definitely an option

Create custom champions and leaders and then just add scum ad hired guns or even custom those too
