I have an important question - am I able to make API calls to the chatbot via a third party application (like Zapier)? I have a client that wants the ability to auto-draft e-mails to customers based on a custom knowledge base; I'm going to integrate their email inbox with Zapier and then use AI to create a draft but idk if this is possible with your software. Would love to hear back, thank you!

Hot about GPT usage, will the GPT run out of tokens? Since I have a paid subscriptions for my GPTS. I would have 5 to 10 people going and asking tons of questions.

from the video I can't see any option to upload doc in excel, is that off the option?

Excel files are supported -- though remember: ChatGPT cannot do math -- so if your queries are analytical in nature (like "How many sales in Northeast region?") that is not something supported by our system (or ChatGPT) ..

Question, can i embed a project on a web page and make access to that page from a membership site paywall? Will any user see other users questions or only their own?

Sorry for the delayed response - we missed the notification on this. Yes - you can embed the chatbot behind a members-only page. And user queries are completely private -- users cant see each others queries. Only you (the bot owner can!)

Hi, my website does not function without login. Can I put the login credentials and proceed with the website link some how ? I don't want to upload documents.

How do you add this to a client's website?

We just released the "Persona" feature that lets you define a custom persona. That in my opinion would be the best way to get the chatbot to behave the way you want it to.

This was helpful info. I had to strain to hear because the sound was somewhat muffled and the volume was low although my speakers were at max.
