The best introductions to setting up N.INA. on YT. I watched this, it's easy to follow and repeat. As a first time N.I.N.A user, this video has helped.

Great Video Issac, Very Helpful Brother..... My first Foray with NINA, was held back by an install problem as you know...LOL....But I figured it out.... Using My Ioptron Sky Tracker Pro, and my T6 I don't have to do half the setup you do....But for the Future this info is great....I saved this Video for when I get a Better setup....Maybe I should do a NINA setup for my Basic Type of Rig....Might help cover the Bases? NINA is Great....Now that I am using it I find it extremely better than APT....Again Great Video Bro.....Congrats on 1k Subs too...... Lots of Good News for " Team No Sleep.."...LOL

Excellent run though on getting going with NINA. I wish the video had been around when I first tried using NINA - I had two failed nights just trying to get an image (yep, I couldn't find the imaging tab 🤣🤣).

Great video Issac I've learnt a few extra tips from watching your video so glad you put it out there, the first couple of outing with NINA for me was a bit frustrating at first but I do love this program, the offline star chart is a bonus to especially when away at star parties as the internet can be very hit & miss. Clear skies & keep up the good work.

Well worth doing Isaac, NINA can be a bit overwhelming when first using it and knowing where the important bits are so this will be very handy for people starting out. Now the big question how do we get Jason @AZ4runner to come to the Dark Side 🌑 Clear skies pal.:).

Excellent tutorial Isaac, just what I need mate! I’m moving over to Nina soon, swapping out my ASIAIR for the Mele Quiter 3 mini pc and start using Nina so I can fully automate the Obsey!! This will come in Very handy, thanks Isaac👍 Great image by the way! Clear skies!

Great video! Thank you for sharing your NINA setup. I learned a few things from this. 1. The field of view settings in Framing. I always wondered if you could zoom in and out when framing. 2. The sync and slew settings in the Plate Solving, although it seems like mine does it anyway without the set to on. So, I will have to see if there is any difference during my next imaging session. Your 2600 looks like an awesome camera! 🙂🔭

What company filters do you use? 36mm or 2”? Thanks Very different setting. I use refocus after meridian flip, plate solving minimum 6 sec with higher gain. I had setting like yours, in some regions of sky, plate solving didn’t work. There are some other differences on meridian flip and autofocusing.

Hi Ana. I use Astronomik 2 inch 6nm filters. For platesolving, I use the lum filter or an empty slot as platesolving with a narrowband filter can really give you problems. These are just the setting that help my night be successful. Clear skies

@@IcemanAstro Great. NINA setting strongly vary from person to person. Thus, 2 sec exposure in desert and 2 sec in bortle 7-9 produce different results.

what dose the ja2000 warning mean

Hi Mark. I am not too sure what the JA2000 warning means. I so know that the JA2000 in a sense is like a catalog of the sky for that specific day time, and it's always used (in my experience) for plate solving to find out where the scope is pointing to. Hopefully that helps
