Let’s go, just opened up YT. These podcasts are so valuable to me as someone who’s always been interested in competing but has yet to take the dive, but still want to look yoked

The more I listen to you the more I see getting stage ready is a science. Great information.
5.5 weeks out and I’ve enjoyed having these to watch through prep

I’m 7.5 weeks out and couldn’t agree more!
This whole series is perfect. I'm doing my first show in September and these have been extremely helpful!

Same bro! It feels like they're answering prep questions/thoughts as I have them
Thank you for your candor and clarity.
This content is my favorite on the channel. Please don’t stop! My prep cardio goes by fast when I’m watching you two.
Loving these episodes in addition to the others. I’m learning a bunch!
As a coach myself, getting a first time client ready early to have practice loads is one of the most important aspects for me. Going into a load with a client blind is like walking on a tightrope, in the dark, while balancing a book on your head, whilst playing Russian Roulette 😰
I noticed the discussions in this podcasts the use of jargon had to be dumbed down 😂
