Can you do something on tips during the darker months? Currently getting up in pitch black darkness and it's really hard to wake up, get motivated and feel good when it is getting darker and colder!

I feel like I have been in a slump since 2020. I want to get out of it, and recently, I have been as to get out of it for a couple of days at a time, but then I crash again for like a week/month. Any advice from anyone?

Don't wait for motivation and keep pushing every day without making excuses. Even on days, you feel like not doing workiuts, convince yourself for a 10 min stretch and it will get you back on track. Focus on being consistent, no matter what. Good luck💪🏽
