Within the last month I've just felt like I've been stuck in a funk. So, today I'm getting myself out of the funk by getting back into a daily routine to help nurture my mind, body, and soul!

@tonihunziker4531 yeah it was fun 🤩 sometimes it was hard coming up with ideas for each day. If I do it I’ll have to decide on how I’d like to do each day and each video also how I’ll be releasing them.
