@Karl Heinz Falderbaum Ryu and Ken have different playstyles. Ken is a great rushdown that has great combos but he plays very risky and doesn't have a neutral game. Ryu is more of a zoner I guess because he uses allot of fireball in neutral and plays very safely but he sometimes struggle to find a KO and doesn't have as good as combos Ken has.

Clayton Brown it does actually the input is forward (towards the opponent), down, forward (again towards the opponent) which if you pay attention amounts to a z shape, also if you haven’t played a street fighter game before then you shouldn’t be making claims about information from the series.
