In this video you will see the trip of finally getting the dream engine for my E36! I can't wait to get this engine apart and rebuild it to make it ready for the track.
This winter will be very eventful with the engine swap, MK60 abs conversion, big brake kit and possible some new wiring. Very excited to share it with you guys.

i previously built an E36 with S54 and i absolutely regret selling it :( good luck with the swap, it's actually very easy! My only advice is don't use the 420g manual gearbox. The third gear synchros are always worn out and almost nobody knows how to rebuild them. Run another 6 speed or even better GS7D36SG :)

Had an absolute blast mate, so glad I gaslighted you into buying an S54 just so I'd have another passenger on my sinking ship. 10/10 would go bankrupt again

The initial purchase price may be alot but if you can do the install yourself you won't lose any money imo. The car will be worth a lot more with an S54 in it compared to the B28.

Nice build! Can I have a question? Do you pay any VAT to the engine when you leave the UK? Because I want to swap my e46 with a s54b32 and I find a good deal in uk. Good luck!

@@TJS36 ja mooi spull heb ik ook coupe in m52 b20 met ebay turbo een wat aan aan passingen met non vanos nokken assen zit nu op 360 pk en 410 nm koppel uit standaard 2.0 moest nog iets afgesteld worden
