I am an Automation engineer working in a boiler company. I program PLC's Draw schematics for panels. Build the panels myself. Design Scada and HMIs. Travel for machine commissioning and torubleshooting. And I earn around $600 a month. It's really a joke.

LD

It depends, due to historical reasons, LD is widely used in small PLC, near machine automation, if you work in DCS in large plants, in my 32 year experience, FBD and SFC is preferred, with sporadic use of ST.

C++ ,java are required in industries automation??
@santopino2546
2 жыл бұрын
No, the industry uses automation specific simbolic languages, easier to use, the grafic representation are done using proprietary easy to use languages, in some producs ex. Siemens WinCC, may use small VB o C simple scripts.
Asalam mol.. *Closes video*
