Looks like more core is needed. Even though people say my core is good it isn't actually that strong. Like my housemate could complete the ab sessions here no problem and I really struggle with them. I'm just lucky enough to have abs I suppose. Like when I tore my ACL I played world of warcraft for a year with no gym and still had abs haha.

Please do a video on the ‘Weck Method.’ I know you said you don’t want to rag on people , but you’ve got to fight back against quackery and misinformation. Tim shieff as well as wrestler Jordan boroughs follow it.

Well buachaillí, hope this helps with the aul algorithm. How would the core work differ for a field athlete as opposed to a barbell athlete who's focus would be on stabilising the spine lifting? Asking cos I'd have thought the core work you'd set for a weightlifter would benefit the field athlete too?

I've heard you dont actually need them that tight. They've done studies and found that loose or tight they both give you an advantage of ~5kg. 🤷♂️

if you watch the video he said he bought XS, the ones before were S. They were too tight and dangerous to keep on so he takes them off after the squats

100% not worth it. They don’t add anything vs comfortably sized sleeves and are just a huge ball ache to put on and take off
