I LOVE BILL he’s a good man, you can just tell. also Sarah I can’t express how much I resonate with this dental series! I have 3 fake teeth that have turned blue due to poor dental work and old blood in the porcelain caps and I’m still so traumatized by the experience I can’t go back even though I need to for my health and my confidence. you are motivating me and making me feel understood, and I can’t thank you enough for that 💞

Getting ready to get all teeth removed and bone grafts done February 19,2024 … this is a dream I thought would never have happened…. Thank you god for this new chapter in my life….. I will be able to get full mouth implants and able to laugh and smile and show my teeth with my kids for the first time soon and very soon.

I really love that you’ve been sharing this journey. I’m a few years younger than you and no one in my life talked openly about stuff like this/I had no knowledge of it until I was going through it and had to get my own implant. You are someone I look up to for a multitude of reasons, including your honesty. ❤️ I was surprised while watching this to realize how even though I got mine done in the past year I cannot really remember the experience/the pain I went through during the process, and now I feel so much more confident and happy, and honestly forget that I have a fake tooth haha! But I do for sure remember how annoying the thing they used to hold my mouth open was. Ouch!!!

Like I flossed so hard I cut my gums multiple times, but seeing you deal with the anxiety was super impactful for me xx

Thank you for posting your journey. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks for two implants, one on each side. I was nervous about how I would be able to eat in recovery so this has been very helpful. Just wanted to let you know that I'm so grateful that this video exists 😭 thank you, Sarah! 🙆 I've been missing my lower right first molar for four years now. It was extracted after a failed root canal. I've been putting off dental implant for four years, I've even tried a nesbit (partial one tooth denture) but I couldn't get used to it. I was totally depressed since the extraction of this tooth, I can't remember feeling happy anymore. I am always anxious about anything that got to do with health. I finally came across your vlog and finally had the courage to actually went ahead with the implant planning appointment. I'm going in for the surgery in three weeks time. I will be telling lies if I said that I'm not afraid. I'm totally panicking. I'm most afraid of the blood tbh. I'm really afraid that the blood wouldn't stop despite having stitches, I'm afraid of any major complications that could result in me not being able to go home to my cats. This vlog really helps to make me feel alot better and for me to reassure myself that it's gonna be okay and I'm not alone. I know that it has been a year since your surgery but I'm happy for you that you went through it with courage! And that everything turned out fine for you 😊 just wanted to let you know that you're amazing and thank you for vlogging your journey to share with the world ❤️

I'm getting my front tooth extracted and put an implant in two weeks. I'm only 22 but have root resorption. Watching this really helped. I deal with anxiety too, and suddenly became terrified of the risks of implants and of losing my tooth. Thanks :)

Yay! I was hoping you'd update us! Ugh, the recovery regrets. I'm pretty sure I commented about that in the last video, but I'm recovering from covid AND my period at the same time. So watching someone else get bitter about it is cathartic.

I got a root canal done last year, and like you have bad dental anxiety. And on my drive to the appointment I kept thinking to myself "why continue to worry about something that has to happen" and that the end result will be so much better than the pain/discomfort I'm currently in!

I just went through a full dental implants and i don’t think i remember being in so much pain. Its now ben 22 days cience my surgery, and ive been pretty good. I’m not in any pain.

Oh my gosh I'm getting my second gum graft next week and I also plan to binge Euphoria lol! I'm glad your recovery wasn't too rough.

I have a smaller than average mouth so when I was 18 my dentist pulled 4 of my teeth so all of my adult teeth could finally come in. No one really notices unless I point it out and eating crunchy things can be difficult. I'm so proud of you and it makes me happy to see you happy!

I had to do the same thing! Perks of being 5 feet tall... Also had my tonsils removed at a later point, which honestly felt worse

I also had to have four teeth pulled because my mouth is so small. My teeth were so crooked growing up because they had no room in there lol

Sarah thank you for sharing! Got my extraction today and bone graft and membrane. Was not easy at all very painful as I had a huge infection 2 abcesses due to a previous dentist not filling a canal during a root canal leading to infection and pus. Was horrible but you have really helped me during this process. Have tons more work to do now….root canal etc in my near future . Got braces too I’m 32 yo. This is such torture.

I lived on instant potatoe or mashed potatoe after tooth extractions and sooo understand the craving for a crunch. Ive had braces for 6yrs :/ and Im finally on the implant journey, thank you so much for sharing yours! It will all be worth it in the long run

I literally had bone graft in Dec 2.. it was a very unique experience!! 🙄 and going back in April for the second part.. and I'm so anxious about it... I honestly was not expecting that experience...

Hi I am so glad you share your journey getting implants it help a lot because I just had my bone graft and implant I had to get 3 at top and 4 at bottom it was pain thank so much foods choose to eat . I glad this part is done so I want for permanent teeth .

thanks 4 sharing....i agree about the needles, they are brutal, roof of the mouth is the WORST place to get em. i get my abutment(crown) in aug.
