I also stopped coffee 2 yrs ago for the same reason. I only had one large latte macchiato every morning but if I didn´t I got major headaches about 4 hrs later. I switched to matcha latte with almond milk which to me goes even better with matcha than cow milk - plus I treated myself with the most beautiful matcha bowl I could find ;-)
