Yeah in Thief The Dark Project sometimes you might be perfectly hiding in the darkness looking through a corner but somehow the guard will rush at full speed at you in your exact position, it's not that common but when it happens it's really annoying.

I might be stupid, but Hitman blood money was like that for me. I got that and absolution in the bundle because I loved the tight design of the most modern sets of games, but my experience was that you get to a place by some miracle, see the suspicion level rise, and then twenty minutes later, you're accosted and just shove the dude over until his soul dissipates. I'm guessing it was great for the time, and if nothing else, I respect that it lead to the ones I like more, but am I wrong in thinking it was super messy?

I love how the person got scared after him doing absolutely nothing. True facts in all stealth games right there.

This is just everyone’s first time playthrough of any hitman game.

This is one of two styles for stealth in a videogame. The other is when the enemy looks you in the eyes, from a few feet away, while you're in your own uniform, for several seconds, and then forgets almost as soon as you break line of sight.

This is how every single hitman run goes, silent assassin all the way through snd then 5 minutes later i'm in a shootout with the entire map

The random NPC running for help really sold this. 😂

It's the worst whenever they see you as you are feeding them a sword in the mouth and the game says "You were seen", like, "Yeah, but they're dead now", like you are caught by them while IN THE PROCESS OF UNALIVING THEM LIKE WHAT

The detection sound on every stealth game always gives me ptsd

I was honestly expecting the baby to go “HELLLLLLLP SOOMEBODDDYYY HEEELLLLLLP” in the normal Caleb voice
