This was eye opening for me and I had to push my agent to let me have the lowest possible base premium and highest cash dump room. Appreciate you are not greasy. I need for you to talk to my wife. I have infinite banking whole life policy fully funded with 5th anniversary in September. I have a large policy loan, but have paid interest yearly. I own rental properties and the sale of 2 of my 7 properties would be enough for me to pay off policy loan. My wife wants to keep properties so kids will inherit. I cannot convince her that would be better to sell properties and pass on whole life policy rather than house which would be a huge tax burden for them. She won’t budge. You articulate the whole life policy benefits well. How do I get you to talk to my wife?
