Been here :) The best thing I like about working in a startup when compared to an established organisation is that things are very unstructured in startups. Getting things done timely and perfectly in such unstructured environment really gives a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. The second best thing is that each day you will learn something or have a new experience. Learning (skill, tool or domain knowledge) never stops in startups 😀

Hi Ankur, loved the video! So insightful and so so helpful ✨ thanks! One question that popped in my mind while watching this was - this is when we already KNOW which companies to apply for. What if when someone like me who has five years of experience and my ONLY preference is working for an organisation that 1) pays well and 2) has a great work-life balance? I can’t know which company/startup would have a great work culture until and unless I actually work there. Apart from networking with their existing employees, is there any way I could find out a list of those kinda organisations?

Hey Ankur i am following your content since past 1 year (and dedicatedly following from the past 4 months), usually your videos didn't have any cuts in between, but nowadays, for almost 5-7 videos there is a cut almost every 30s(and that is little annoying and difficult to grasp what you are saying).
