Hello can you add a Generator plug to your solar edgeHD to power your house when the power goes out

Hi, Thanks for showcasing the StorEdge hub inverter line with a great storage Interface device. The storage Interface is said to be compatible with 48V LiFeP04 battery packs yet refers to only a few battery brands as operable with the Inverter. Question: is the storage Interface compatible with LiFeP04 battery packs ?

Hello, the EV charger has standard 5 years warranty. Can I purchase additional years of warranty on the charger and cable through SolarEdge? Thank you

yes the powerwall is 48v with a bidirectional buck inverter inside to bring the voltage to 400vdc wish someone would sell the buck inverter so you can uses any 48v battery bank. Bet it is the same with Solaredge battery too.

I need a solution that allow battery sit in the middle of solar panels and inverter. Then I can configure battery to send energy to inverter and grid only if the battery is charged over 80%. My existing solar system use solaredge 10kwh inverter now. It sounds like this Energy Hub is the right solution for me? I am confused because my solar panel installer told me they do not have such solution although they are using solaredge inverter.

If you don't have the energy hub inverter you can't simply add batteries. But you can retrofit the system using a Storz Power system which uses Sol-Ark inverters.

I had this system installed in 2019 have the 25 year full warranty, only worked for 1 1/2 years, it's now 2023 an they still refuse to fix the problem, had 11 different technician out an neither one brought the part to fix it.

You mentioned an installer can generate reports from the SolarEdge Monitoring Platform... What are the legal/liability ramifications of such practices as an installer? Please remember we're in California and have funny rules out here? My best, Ray

I have a solar system installed by this company and have had trouble with this company from day one! Stay away!
