I've had this free tool shed probably for over a year and really haven't used it because it was so confusing for me but having this for me makes it so much easier I feel so dumb lolol but I'm the type that can't read to learn I need hands on and Ashley is awesome!!! Hi Melissa, on our Free Embroidery Tool Shed you aren't able to add font, that would be with our other softwares. If you download any of our other software they will download inside Embroidery Tool Shed. www.shop.dzgns.com/collections/software

I can not open any files with the free version. You said we could open even PDF files, but the only type of files that open are the PES files😐. I also need to know if I can save an image to embroider on my SE625 with the multiposition hoop. I hope you can help 😀

You can download our free embroidery software, Embroidery Tool Shed bit.ly/3L8Za07 While on there you can demo the rest of our software you won't have the capability of saving but it will let you play with all the software's. This can provide you with a better idea of what type of software you are more inclined to.

Just installed the free software, when I opened up a design and did a bit to it, I couldn't save the changes as the save icon isn't active. How can I save my design? Thank you

where is the F2 button? mine on my keyboard is above the number one with the? and the f2 button, but when I touch it nothing happens?

You must first press and hold the button called fn (function key) then the F2 button at the top of your keyboard. Make sure your mouse cursor is over the tool you want to watch the video.

where do you download it? i have been looking around on your webpage but i cant seem to come to any downloadable files, i just click and click and the web page takes me deeper and deeper into your webpage without me getting any software!

The great thing is you can download for free Embroidery Tool Shed and demo all of our other software to see if any of them would work for you. You can play around with our other software, you won't be able to save the designs since its the demo version.

Only thing is it doesn’t work on a Mac because the software is that you need to download for it to work on the Mac doesn’t work on the Mac I called spent an hour and a half on the phone with this guy. He said he would report it and get back to me and no one ever did so there you go great software, but I can’t use it because it doesn’t work on my Mac with the latest operating system, so you need to fix that on your website or at least have someone call back when they say they’re going to call back
