Get These Toxins Out of Your House

Unfortunately, today we become exposed to a greater number of environmental toxins than ever before. Sadly, many experts fail to connect the dots between toxicity and diabesity, which has hit record numbers.

Thank You Dr. Mark Hyman for all your wisdom - I'm so glad fats like avocado, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, and the like, are good for you. I can eat an avocado everyday and use coconut oil for stir frying veggies, and olive oil for salad dressings and grass fed, cultured butter for my veggies.😋. This video and others you have done are so informative. I love listening and learning from them in my far infrared sauna👏✨. Your Brilliant!!!💐

We live in a rural setting now . We cleaned out our house of toxins many years ago. Also we eat a healthy diet. we have close to a hundred of indoor plants. Maybe more. I noticed I can not go to the library, stores, museums - mostly all of these places use chemical cleaners, air deodorizes and other stuff. I can smell it and I can taste in my mouth... I can taste the cleaners they use in stores on the produce....it is impossible to wash it off.... If I stay at a place like that longer - I have a headache.... and if I stay at place a few hours or more - i have flu symptoms for a few days after.... and I sweat a lot (maybe my body detoxing?) When we lived in the big city - i could not go outside - especially in winter - I would open the door and the toxic air would hit me..... I could smell it..... I could taste it.... The strong perfume, cologne smell also bothers me... I homeschool my daughter now - when she went to regular school and I volunteered there once in a while - I could smell toxic air and I had headaches after ....we live in extremely toxic world....

Also of interest are Air Purifiers. Mechanical ones (non ionizing ones) like Rowenta's which have a HEPA filter and a formaldehyde filter.

I use essential oils from Nadine Armetis, Living Libations is the name of her site. She has excellent oral hygiene products as well as therapeutic skin care products. Also I use GMO verified baking soda and raw apple cider vinegar for cleaning countertops and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Lemon works well too. I do buy from organic produce from my local Co-Op and farmers market, but have a challenge finding it when traveling in certain regions. Luckily when I did some traveling I did bring several gallons of my spring water and recently learned about the Burkee water filtering system👍. I also brought my kefir grains as well as a jar of fermented foods I recently made. 95% of the time use stainless steel pots and pans but I'm wondering if there is aluminum in between the stainless steel is ok? I do drink out of glass most of time and find the mason jars useful and economical for storing, fermenting, and drinking out of. Also at TJMax, Marshalls, and Ross have smaller glass food

I had a cyst (solid and fluid per fine needle aspiration) in my thyroid about 10 years ago about the size of a grape ...was going to have a lobe removed. My dad, a health food nut and medical skeptic but still used for common sense things... recommended waiting. I did and I also in the meantime after seeing you on a pbs telethon and donating, used your book and prayer and pictured blue light and pictured it dissolving safely... One day a month or so later when I touched it it was flat... I used to feel of it in the morning by habit. Later when after a period of unemployment I got a job and insurance again. I told the dr. She had an ultrasound done and it showed no sign of ever having had one

Also Wendy Myers does hair mineral analysis where she can test a lot of different major toxic metals in the body and see what minerals your deficient in. It's not a quick fix but I believe is crucial for overall good health and longevity. Her site is liveto110.com👏

Wendy Myers is very expensive for the average American. I think Organic Acid test may be a better way to start. A simple urine test a doctor can order.

My great-uncle worked as a night-shift factory labourer around toxic chemicals for over 40 years. The last raw fruit or vegetable he ate was a quarter apple smeared with peanut butter back in 1957. He drinks 20 cups of coffee and several alcoholic beverages a day, lives almost exclusively on meat and potatoes, and smokes like a fiend (2 packs of cigarettes a day). At 94, according to his mystified doctors, he is in excellent health. He has never taken any medications (except, I presume, for the two times he underwent surgery- once to remove shrapnel during WWII, and the other after he had hardware put in for a shattered ankle in a car accident). He has only gone to the dentist once, to remove all his teeth and be fitted with dentures. His lifestyle, complete disregard for health, and long exposure to toxic substances, appear to have caused him no ill-effects.The only thing wrong with him is that he’s constantly in a foul mood. He scoffs at any mention of environmental pollutants, and has to date buried four general practitioners and two specialists.

Hi, personal experience is enough for observation but not for direct conclusions as a doctor i think hr knows about these bias. i don't reject nor aprove what he says i just need sources and methodic experiments results to make myself a solid opinion. If those sources exist please give us the links and if not you will need to found experiments to be more credible. I know it is youtube but come on, i will need more than a convincing looking doctor to change habits to something as important as health.

Hi Doc -- I like you videos in general but "in general" is the problem with all MDs --- you guys merely opine about the real science BUT employ no Chemistry Laws in a hierarchical sense of real magnitude to your generalist opinions. The Laws of Chemistry ALWAYS trump Biology so violations of Chemistry is kicking out a leg of a 3 legged stool and then blaming everything else other than the missing leg for the stool having fallen over. I did not attack you -- just get a phd in biochemistry or better yet a bio physicist to put an order of magnitude to this myriad of subject matter.
