Once the River District is complete, would Charlotte finally be able to host a Super Bowl?

It certainly won't hurt the city, D.A. I think one of the biggest items holding the city back from a Super Bowl is a stadium with a dome. Most folks don't want to travel somewhere that could be exposed to the elements for the better part of the evening. I do know Tepper has recently purchased several tracts of land Uptown, near the current stadium. That could lend itself to something like the Star in Dallas. But only time will tell.
