Get That Beast Out Of My House

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff rehomed her dog at the defendant’s house, but the defendant said the dog didn’t get along her own pet. When the plaintiff went to pick up the dog, he was bloody and injured. She had to take him to the vet, so she’s suing for medical bills. The defendant argues the dog was vicious and she never did anything to him.

Exactly. He probably violently threw himself at the cage and door hence blunt force trauma, which is what I’m assuming the doctors are saying he has when they say it looks like being hit by a car. He caused his own trauma then went and attacked her dog.

Right?! Like obviously his jaw is swollen - he chewed through metal and wood! I agree the injuries probably weren’t from the dog fight, but they were 100% from the dogs OWN actions! The gash on his back is most likely from when he pushed through that part of the door he broke & it caught / scraped on his back on his way through. I had a dog break my door in a similar way so I know exactly what it looks like when that piece is pushed forward and that 100% makes sense with the injuries he has. “Hit by a car” 🙄 that dog WAS the car! He plowed through her home like a Mac truck

Folks just because someone loses their teeth, it does not mean that they are somehow sick.osing teeth can happen when you have chronic anemia. I have never used any drugs myself. I don't even know what it feels to smoke marijuana because I've never touched drugs. I was one that use to think that only someone who does drugs loses their teeth until I came down with chronic anemia myself and began losing my teeth. I didn't lose all of my teeth but I lossed enough to scare me and ended having to get implants.

And you brought an aggressive dog into your home with your paralyzed dog and left the kennel door open. I call serious BS on Milo fighting his way out. Please for the love of all that is holy, get a hamster. Stay away from dogs.

🇺🇸❤️🙏🏽this case is scary, because the plaintiff has children. The defendant unfortunately didn’t understand how violent Milo is. He devoured several cages and he got through a door to terrorize her helpless dog. Obviously her dog held it down and kept Milo in his place. You can have the couch, this closet is MINE. Leaving him in a cage to pick up your boyfriend, for that length of time was irresponsible. But the plaintiff is INSANE to risk her family, now she’s spending 💰💰on training after Milo’s re-homing disaster SMH🇺🇸❤️🙏🏽

Anyone that has the hubris to think they won't go nuts, especially if there are other living things around? If something goes south? They know the risk. It's thier Jaws, they have more pounds per pressure points than any other dog. Personally, I'll stick with my timber wolf Malamutes, but some people like to risk stuff.
