Saving typically results in you earning a lower return but with virtually no risk. In contrast, investing allows you the opportunity to earn a higher return, but you take on the risk of loss in order to do so. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled retirement.

I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses..
The enemy is me... No one else I am my biggest obstacle I am my greatest challenge I will defeat the man in the glass And on that final day After all the pain and struggle After I complete the tasks When I finally meet the man in the mirror I will meet him With a smile ...

I've been on a journey now for years. From 16, I had issues with being underweight, suffered severe depression, anexity and PTSD. I was on a path to self destruction. 8 months ago, at the age of 27, something clicked in my brain. I couldn't go on living the same way. So I got myself up, no one else around me, and I pushed through. I kept going. When I felt weak, id cry, when I felt like I couldn't keep going, id remember who I was, not who I use to be. So 8 months of workout, self drive, motivation, I started feeling it. My brain was losing momentum. And here I am. And I'm ready to keep going. I can do this. I'm now 10 stone and I'm in the best shape I've ever been. You don't need no one but you. You are strong enough. We can do this.

"Most human beings are only living at about 40% of their potential" I was thinking about that quote and realized how incredibly generous he's being here. In reality the true number is probably somewhere between .4 and 4%. Just look at how most people spend their time, they spend hours a day on social media, Reddit, playing video games, watching bullshit on Netflix, drinking and smoking weed, watching sports, hanging out and bullshiting with friends, at the end of the week it's a miracle if they get anything done! Maybe they'll exercise every now and then, read a book or two a year, that's the average person right there. They work a day job they're not particularly fond of and they do a decent job at it, and aside from that 90% of their time is wasted on stupid bullshit did they would agree is stupid bull shit if you sat them down and talked to them about it. Warren Buffett had a great line where he said most of us go through life using up a very very small portion of our potential.

I could be wrong but I believe he meant that when we get to that 40 % potential we give up, after listening to David Goggins he opened up a part of my mental I didn't know I had, for example I was running for a while and thought I couldn't do it anymore but when I decided to forget about the pain and push through I almost doubled the time I ran. Same with a lot of other exercises, for example planks, I thought I couldn't do more than 1 min, and decided to hold and hold until you are shaking all over, I held for a 3 min, and then went for a 5 min a few weeks after, with proper position. That's how people need to train to get the maximum potential they can, pain occurs way before your body can't hold anymore so forget the pain and hold and even when it hurts hold until your body can't anymore.

I literally just ate a 25lb dumbbell for my preworkout snack. Let’s get this
Heart attack at 29, one week away from what was going to be my first physique comp.. 205 4% body fat. Felt great looked great.. doc told me to stop working out and i wasnt allowed to work for 4 months. Gained 60 lbs. Over the past few year depression has kicked my ass. And i let it.. 7 years later, im just now finding my pace again. 430 am wake. 5am workout. 7 am work. 530 pm run 2.5 miles. Every fucking day. And atleast 2 times a week i listen to this video. Got tired of deppression, got tired of feeling fat, got tired of my son being lazy... but hes lazy because he watched me be lazy... no more. NO FUCKING MORE
Last year at this time watching this video I was a alcoholic beer belly and the poorest health status in 23 years and mentally broken fast forwarded a year to today and I'm clear of my mental illness and the healthiest I've ever been put on 15 pounds of muscle and stopped drinking alcohol for good 🙌💪
I was thinking of excuses not to go to the gym today. I decided to search for gym motivation and found this video. I went to the gym and feel 100 times better about myself. Thank you!
Haven't lifted weights for 3 years now. Lost 95% of all my gains. This video is really opened my eyes overwhelmed with emotions. I'm feeling this raging fire growing inside me ready to do whatever it takes and dig deeper and surpass my limits.

Arnold makes a great point about progressing and improving, when he talked about the first time he won a little trophy for lifting, then, that lead to a bigger and bigger accomplishment and look where he is today. The important thing is that you have to start somewhere, even if it is a humble beginning, but you just have to start and build up from their.
Honestly, I don’t even listen to the details of what most of these people are saying. I just enjoy the intensity and drive and focus of the delivery of their words. That’s what I find motivating.
Pain is the great motivator. Our minds work 24 x 7 to destroy our efforts. You'll never get rid of the negative thinking until you stop listening to it. Workout when you want to and workout when you don't. No excuses or shortcuts to achieving success. Embrace the pain!
I have been listening to this every day for about a month now. it has given me a different way to look at how I feel about life and also my workouts and all around work ethic. I am currently evolving into a more disciplined and responsible healthier person. I myself especially listen to Schwartzenager and David Goggins over n over and over again because they truly bring my motivation to it's peak !! I have also lost 10 pounds and gained quite a bit more Stamina . also the lady who speaks about the countdown gets me up and going, this method truly does work as well *
5 years into my training and this video is still my go to when I don’t feel like going. When I don’t feel motivated anymore.
I listen these when i do mine. Mind is weak and needs focus when pushing it. I used drugs 30+ years now im 47. Been sober 150+ days and changed my focus from losing and being victim to winning. It was game changing. Ty redpill ppl. Im ill my mind is ill too but day by day i win more. Ill push till death.

I love the quote " The man that says he can and the man that says he can't are both right". Nothing is impossible to he who tries.
Stopped listening to music during workouts I listen to motivational videos when I wake up and workout. You truly can be anything you want in this life.
4:am meditate, stretch, get ready. 5:15am run 5miles and then abs. 8am Work. 6pm home Jump rope 20min then lift weights (focus on 1-2 muscle group). 🏋🏽♂️ Next day. Do it again. Motivation only takes you so far. Discipline= FREEDOM! 😎💪
11 months retained and its still a challenge, blessed to have videos like this. Im going to the gym right now ( 5 days later) I've been in the gym at least 2 hours a day, 1 rest day and retaining got my body in overdrive, cold showers right after working out and just a little soreness but not enough to stop the motivation. WE ARE ALL GONNA MAKE IT BROTHERS. (4/21/22) still no intoxication, strictly eggs and chicken and protein and gym 6 days a week. Shoot for your goals not holes🙏 5/20/22 it’s hard my brothers, I fell off a lil bit and been slacking but I realized this isn’t fun, being disciplined and strict for goals is not fun in the moment. The good feeling comes at the end of the day when you can look back and be proud of yourself for not giving in, not giving up. Short term pleasure is fun but not rewarding, long term pleasure isn’t fun but is that greatest reward of all.
Nothing can stop us when we are motivated. We can even touch the sky
Going to Start going to the gym from today! No excuses, Whose with me?
Listening to this rather than music…it’s more encouraging. Makes me want to push myself. Past my limits.

Nothing like a solid youtube ad to remind you that focus is a trained muscle as well. SKIP. THE. AD. AND. KEEP. GOING!
Just waking up right now at 4 am to do cardio before my day gets started. This video wakes my ass up real fast lol.

Seeing this video now, funny enough is the first video to have an impact on me, because through this video I saw that Arnold clip for the first time, and it was simple, his words were: “I can’t wait to be back in that gym, because I know that with each extra set I do, i’m one step closer to that goal I want to achieve”. And that ticked something in my brain, for the first time I saw my sets, not as something I just need to endure, but something that I can look forward to, as it brings me that little bit closer to achieving my dream body. I’ve been a lazy gym goer for over 5 years, with an average body which is deteriorating as I am ploughing through my mid twenties and my metabolism isn’t what it once was. I now no longer go to the gym wanting to have it over and done with, but looking around at what I can do more. This single handedly changed my entire mindset towards working for my goal in the gym, and indeed outside of the gym. Thank you Arnold :’)
I listen to this every time I workout.
I've listened to a million motivational videos. Helps me through the tough times and push further in the good times. This one is perfect for what I'm struggling through now. Thank you!

When you see the other side of PAIN. This is call glory!!!
Legend has it it’s an empty gym the way I like it and that it’s leg day today which means it’s gunna be sweaty, painful and fun
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.

What motivates me is knowing that working out isn't fun for anyone. I get chest pains and lose half my vision when I'm lifting weights just like everyone else
No matter what type of Fitness we do whether it’s Bodybuilding, Powerlfiting, CrossFit, HIIT Cardio, Calisthenics, etc. we all need to do the best we can to achieve our goals and be who we want to be in Fitness.

Right when Joe Rogan said you only need 40 minutes to get a solid workout, I looked up at my timer and I was at 43 minutes. It didn't kill me, I'm still standing and moving forward. Thank you for this compilation. It'll be a routine listen during my workouts 💪🏻
