I am genuinely so grateful for this video. I did not get periods for 4 months and was panicking a lot as doctor recommended a lot of tests. Yet, due to past experiences I was scared and wanted to give home remedies a shot. I had this twice, at night and the next morning - 2 glasses with ajwain and a pinch of haldi and I got my periods by afternoon. I just wanted to share my success for the girlies looking in the comment section. I believe this tea helped me. I used this tea, and ginger tea with fresh ginger, as well as taking 2000 mg of vitamin c, eating pineapples and using an heating pad to trick my body. I tried this tea on a Saturday morning along with everything else throughout the day (😂 literally everything I could find online) and my cycle started Sunday morning. I leave for vacation this Wednesday and I wanted to bring my cycle early. I started 3 days early and should be off by Thursday 😊. Good luck!

You can take anytime. But according to my personal experience, I do take it sham ko chai k time pe. Instead of chai, it drink this. Bt roj nhi. Garam hota hai iska tasir. To kavi kavi, do tin din chor k.
