I personally had no issues with them, they even allowed us to get insurance through them until we were able to get our own, communication was decent I just wish they were more available on weekends, they allowed us to test the app by using our home as if it was a property to get use to the process, we were able to pause properties when we needed to it just all about communication I believe we did a 6 week trial where they basically eased us into the business and allowed us to make mistakes and ask questions

Also I don't understand why or how you can justify spending $2,000 for a course and then turning around and only making $100 on basically a service call for the lawn or really you're making $50 because I told you they're maximum payment for the lawn. Or if it was a plumbing job that was $400 and the contractor charge you $350. Seems like allot of hassle for less than $100

Sounds like the place that provides you with the contract for the work sends you to the property. One of the national property preservation companies.

Yes it is, but unfortunately Danielle only teaches those in the US. She only teaches what she knows and there are different rules outside of the US and she doesn’t want to steer you wrong

I still don't understand how you actually make money. you said in the video the section of how to make money but then you only talked about the types of property we are going to come across. who pays you to do any of the work on the properties? Are we actually fixing up the property and then selling it? but we can't sell it if we don't own it.. I'm so confused.

Okay, as I stated i cut the trees, landscaping, electrical, I have the trucks, and project management,. Okay, the government is giving away $26k to any companies that doing this kind of work. No, they tear up your equipments, chain saw, leaving your tools outside in the rain, I called my US Marines Corp buddy, thats I know take pride in their works. We have at least 3 peoples workings for you. I have my EIN, Business Name, and used Rocket Money, and used Chapgpt AI, they will prepare the bids for you

Go out and ask real estate people if they have work or know of anyone who does. You’ll find out pretty quick hitting the ground running

You need to pay then quarterly based on projected revenues. Than at the end of the year you will file and see what you owe
