So great! Currently dealing with a spine issue and am practically bed ridden but got used to going to the gym most days of the week before all of this. Was getting depressed about not being able to go back to the gym so I decided to look up workouts I can do while I heal. This was perfect! Just wish there were more moves for the abs but I'll figure something out in that regard. This is a life saver right now though. Love it.

That was an awesome workout. I've been looking for something to do since my knee surgery, & this is it. The only thing I would ask is that you put the # of exercises in the script. I had Meniscus Tear repair surgery 2 weeks ago and I am non weight bearing for 4 weeks! I just did this workout and it is heaven sent. I can workout without bearing weight on my knee. THANK YOUUUUUU!

Nice workout! I couldn't hang with all the moves but I did my best. I'm going to keep practicing though. In any case, I have a lot of equipment at home that I don't use because I've gotten lazy. LOL I like these seated workouts and it would be great to see more of these. Could you possibly do a seated workout using core sliders/sliding discs or whatever they're called? Also, I have resistance bands, a body bar, something like the gorilla bow, dumbbells, a mini bike, a vibration plate, and the list goes on. I have a step platform as well and I recently saw some videos where this lady was doing seated step aerobics. I thought that was pretty cool. Maybe something like that too.

Okay…HELP, here’s my situation…… I’m old and getting older by the minute. Not taking this aging very well. I know I’ve lost major strength in my limbs. Also recently I displaced my shoulder. (Wow what pain that is and dealing with all those nerves!!) I’m on my 2nd week of recovery with that. Now….I am about to start therapy for both issues. In the meantime and while in physical therapy, I need to do some exercises for my stomach. I have been through the program of cool sculpting, and I’m needing to get rid of this looseness on my stomach. It’s not attractive. I’m wanting to work on that while I’m going through physical therapy for the other. However, when I’m finished with physical therapy, I would like to adapt to a guided exercise with your KZread channel. My endurance is not what it was 30 years ago. And I may be moving to my permanent home any time, however until then I’ve got to help hubby and get things done on our busy 15 acres homestead. I follow instruction well, and have a history of teaching water aerobics, going to the gym, but that was in my younger years. I realize I cannot get back to that but I would like to be stronger than what I am now can you help me? Hugs From Oklahoma

After I donated a kidney I went online and found a woman who had just had abdominal surgery so the movements were focused. Three years out, the best advice I can give is to make sure you are ready to exercise and follow the medical advice on not lifting. I managed to do a bit of permanent damage by lifting and carrying my own bags, and by accepting a candy just after surgery and doing a sustained sit-up as I vomited. Dude I'm so thankful I found you!! It's really hard trying to find people of color when it comes to specific niche workout videos! I have a back injury and I can't do the same workouts that I usually do, I was trying to do my old workouts and my back was tweaking out... :( This is perfect! It gives me the workout I need while allowing me a sit and protect my back. Thank you so much for having this series available and really pushing me to get a good solid workout in while sitting! NO EXCUSES
