I felt the burn!! Thank you so much. I agree with not doing all the crazy stuff and long drawn out workouts. Their are some interesting exercises out there that scream injury and I am just trying to stay in shape so thank you for making it simple but effective.

Good morning, Donovan….I stumbled upon your video after “GET FIT WITH RICK” whom I love!!!! I was looking to add to some seated weight workouts when I found you. I am a 76 year old baby boomer who doesn’t want to grow up…(or OLD). YOU ARE JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!! I love the shorter workouts because I also like to stack them doing as many I want on a particular morning!! I enjoy your workout because as you said there is some crazy workout which is sometimes unncecessary.
I have been diagnosed with severe arthritis throughout my whole body, and I am in pain all day. I have bone on bone that is why it's painful. I am going to start exercising in the chair and try to get fit and lose weight. Thank you for making these videos I am so encouraged.

round two done. during talking points i do other stuff but still listen, like side bends or that arms swing side to side tai chi movement. Have a ffffffffffffffffffin' great birthday

You do realize that I did shrugs in the beginning and I even said quick warm up right? Also it’s 5 minutes. You can use this entire video as your warm up. As for stretching, I just don’t follow what everyone else thinks. You can stretch all on your own. Or do one of my stretching videos.
Can you do this with just your hands??
How about warm up and stretch after.

i kmow ill do a fast easy sit down work out.... i was so wrong none of that was easy all super hard. might do it again later. day 1 i worked with 5kg in each hand it was too hard
