    Benches normal have two wheels, especially the benches that incline, what's is so hard about moving them to the cables ? Show off your muscles???

If you are in a golds gym or some really big gym people generally dont care what's happening around but if you are in a comparatively smaller local gym, and if you drag a bench from between all the people crisscrossing here and there all eyes are on you 😜

    No, if you want "peak biceps like Ryan's," you need to take steroids and perform more basic, compound lifts rather than chasing a pump with bullshit exercises.

    Have to admit wasn't sure about your videos at first, but they are easily up there with the best. They're short, to the point and informative. I did some of the bicep exercises in the gym with the shorter range of motion, and higher reps this morning and I haven't seen that sort of pump in my biceps before. Kudos to you dude!!

    Thanks for this video.Its a great addition to your arm workout routine. It's a winner any way you look at it. Breaks up the monotony of just using dumbbells. Targets the muscle from different points. And it works! And you can buy what you need on ebay,and use a door anchor if your not lucky enough to have your own machine at home.

    Most say ur videos are the best on KZread....I hit muscle from different angle People look at ur crazy in a gym until they try them...notice ot of people stop short of a burn.they have a set number reps an stop at that.....just do them until u cant go no more.....I chase the pump only way to grow...the grind never ends ..
