Bro rx has the ability to give that mileage but you'll need to care a lot (infact very much ) my friend owns a rx and i told him all the tips that affect mileage . Every 2 days he opens his spark plug , checks his cdi , monitores tyre pressure . He gets a mileage of 45-50 that to with pillion

I got it But You can keep it 1500 rpm correctly when you have Tacho Meter (for My Motorcycle also i didn't Have so keep it as low as possible)

Bro. I've a suzuki samurai. Which was rebored. Recently. And engine was restored myself. When I try to tune the carb, it was very lean at even 1 turn out from fully seated. Even if I set the tune to half turn, it jerks. It bogs at low end rpm. Every thing was restored in carb also. New spark plug, new cdi, new ignition coil. Even though it jerks at low end. But it idles well. Please help broo

Old Alwal in spare parts shop but this is the last piece that I got so better try some where else

Tuning isn't done at once. my mechanic called me every single week. And my mileage kept on increasing I get around 45 now. He told he'll make it till 60 ! but he's there's no idling. Always have to raise the accelerator to keep it running while stopping for a traffic signal

only one way to increase (sprocketing) use custom made lesser teeth sprockets its big process so better change the bike

My rx135 also gives 50+ Mileage With cat silencer...

To Be say Frankly It's Very Rare to find original these days but other good alternatives are always available in market. Location : (ram koti, Hyderabad)

Bro, I heard that tuning the bike for higher mileage will eventually damage the bore and piston, because the bike will run lean. I am not sure, but that's what I had read online.

That happens if your bike runs on premix but if you use 2T oil pump then if you run in lean also no issue because pump will give the correct 2t oil

@@MotoGod you are wrong if the mixture is lean in long stand your engine might get damage due to excess heat. I think getting 35 km is perfect tuning more that i am suspect the mixture is lean. Once set the idle speed check how much turn it takes for high RPM, if is 1-2 turn its the right mixture if it takes more the 2 turn then go to step down ward pilot jet(15) , if it takes less than 1 turn then go for next pilot jet(20). Stock for 135 is 17.5

Bro tell it easily like 1 and 1/2 turns like that...so what's the exact turning bro

Awesome information 💯👌. I have One question - I started my RX 100 after 3 year. Bike start within one kick ... But bike goes suddenly on his highest RPM automatically. Without giving acceleration. This situation repeated again mad again. This problem I can't fix it my self... So any idea brother. Bike engine oil is good, current supply is good, I have change air filter, accelerator wire is new. All thing are good in condition... But whenever I try to start my bike... Clean The Carb and check the carb needle slider some times it will struck when we twist the throttle. (make sure the slider moves freely in carb) very simple just go to mechanic he will fix it

Bro please change your engine oil (if old), clean your silencer (because of the carbon stored inside your silencer it might reduce mileage),add rxg clutch bell, clean your carb once, change the air filter and finally tune your carburettor as said by Tarun bro in this video 😉 hope this helped you!

just watch the video carefully i said on 135 4 speed add 5 speed gears so technically it has 4 speed block which is (4TL00) which consumes less fuel compared to 5 speed block (4TL10) and it runs on 4 speed carb too & with g bell and perfect tuning it will give 50+ it's Possible with rx 100 and 135 4 speed bike (4TL00) And RXG It also works with 5 speed 135 but you will get a bit low compared to those bikes because 5 speed has different carb and ports are bigger in bore and different head (compression vary) so it consumes more than the above model bikes.

Don't Give it to Others Take Care As Your Own Baby 1. If you Think Any Part are going to be worn out soon or anything damaged Change it as soon as possible or else it will lead to other problem 2.Always Make sure its Clean And Dry 3. don't keep it under the sun for long. 4.always use correct amount of 2t oil (40ml) for LTR 5.Clean & Lube The Chain For Long Life. 6.Keep it Stock If possible 7. It's Big Thing To Explain (G) Has Teeth Different in Bell with that the bike cruising speed will increase and mileage is also going to be increase because the gear ratio is different . and with 5 speed more cruising speed and more mileage.

just tune it By watching the Video That's It.

Going for 5 speed Gears setup will increase some mileage... But I got 50+ on stock 135 also... I didn't changed the gear box.or anything.... Just used a cutted RX100 muffler... When bike runs freely with sufficient air flow... Mileage will be good

This i never seen in any 135 other than mine used from 2000 to 2005... That clutch smoothness also i didn't seen in any 135 ... Only a original user from showroom knows it's power and mileage
