Ladakh has always been at the center of the larger cultural sphere of the Tibetan plateau and Himalayan region. Ladakh and Toe-Ngari , Changthang was center of Shang Shung. Ladakh and Toe-Ngari led the revival of Buddhism in Tibet in 10-11 century. It is my fervent prayer that Ladakh can once again keep the Boti language and our common culture alive. Thank you.
