@@diegovivanco9881 I'm not saying it's not. Sometimes there are hard sparrings, but I don't recomend do it often,if you're not getting yourself ready for competition. Actually in the hard sparrings, you're not learning as much, as in light sparrings focused on technique, since if you don't developed a lot during them, there is literally no point going hard, since both of you are not closed enough for shots :)

Я считаю не правильно вырубать всех свих спарринг партнёров спарринг это этап подготовки и в спарринге нужно отрабатывать элементы боя улучшать защиту работать в разных стилях а не тупо л упить этих парней я понимаю им платят но нужно понимать что они ниже классом или просто так зарабатывают деньги в боях нужно вырубать
