Why did we cooperate with Austria in WW1 again. That was a stupid decicion. I wouldnt say we miss Bismark because he didnt like Democrazy and liked to have a police state. But he did many good things. For example the first government insurance. He helped Germany alot. i think.

Orpheustier 437 Germany was willing to help the Austrians with Serbia that’s the only thing they agreed to. Unfortunately though Germany didn’t realise the Russia was mobilising it’s army against Germany and France was doing the same thing. The Kaiser actually tried to prevent a war from happening but that all ended when Russia invaded Germany before Germany even mobilised its armies. This has been proven.

@ in fakt Austria predicted that Russia would start a war with Austria when it would attack Serbia so they ask Wilhelm ll. They knew it because both Russia and Austria wanted to control the Balkan. Before all that happened there was a meeting with the leader of France, Germany, Britain and some more about a not attack threaty or something like this. And Wilhelm ll said nothing so France ,after the meeting, knew something is Fishy. So since Russia was on the other side of Germany, They (France) send a message asking for an military alliance Russia accepted and when the war started everything escalated. 1:05 FunFact: The Movie Developers from "Star Wars" looked in History books for possible names because they were out of option. As they found that, during WWI, the German Reich had Elite Units called "Stormtroopers" ("Sturmtruppen"), who were very effective in most part of the war and were only *the best of the best* from the Divisions, they had decided to use the name of them but made it so that looked it like that the Movie Developers found it randomly so there would no historic criticism about that they made Fun of the "German Stormtroopers!"
