Hi I am a teacher from Sri Lanka is it possible to get a job in the education sector I mean in teaching or something similar in Germany? I don't know the German language I have taken IELTS and obtained 7.0 overall. Now talking about showing bank balance should I show the source of fund as well and what about the maturity of the show money and should it be maintained in the bank continuously after moving there as well?

I have received my undergraduate degree from a very renowned college in Mumbai called Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (NM College, not NMIMS)... however, it is still not listed on the Anabin database. The other option mentioned is to get my degree certified by ZAB.. which costs almost 20k rupees and also will take a few months to be completed (as mentioned on the german govt's website)... what should I do in this case? I guess "YES", you just have to obtain 6 points somehow. You see Sarika ma'am was able to obtain 11 points by not meeting the language requirement, she doesn't know German language although she has an excellent command over the English language but she can't certify it with the relevant document but still she was able to obtain 11 points by meeting the criterion for other parameters.

Finding a job , in foreign country is very challenging because of what? You guessed right! Language barrier. Be realistic, jobs wont fall from the sky. Please dont be mislead, i am speaking from experience. Unless a guaranteed job is waiting for you, one year would come and go in a twinkle of an eye. To adjust to a new country it takes years. Research, ask questions from fellows who immigrated and get the TRUTH before you move. Ask deep questions, about their culture how they percive foreigners, are they biases, how strong is it ? because trust me it would affect your chances. How open minded are they towards other ethnicity, race,? are they more open minded or very conservative? I wished someone gave me this kind of advice. Now read this again

The only issue i have is Proficiency in English. The official language in Nigeria is English

Recently, I lost my job while holding a Blue Card residence permit. Unfortunately, I am not eligible for unemployment benefits, but I did receive two months of support from the Job Center under the Citizen Livelihood Benefit. Now, the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigners' Office) intends to shorten the duration of my residence permit, which could result in my expulsion from Germany. In light of this, I am exploring the possibility of applying for a Chancenkarte (Opportunity Card) to secure my stay in Germany,I am prepared to arrange a blocked account with 12,000 euros as proof of financial stability or secure a part-time job offer to meet the requirements. Am I eligible to apply for a Chancenkarte given my current situation and my willingness to provide proof of financial means or a part-time job offer?

Why apply for Chance Karte ? It sounds like you are holding a Fiktionsbescheinigung. Just apply for Aufenthaltstitel under Paragraph 104 c ( similar to Chance Karte)in the ausländerbehörde. You will have 18 months to stay and look for a job. Get a Job and just apply for niederlassungserlaubnis or go for the Staatsbürgerschaft if you have resided long enough.

She can, she have to apply for Verpflichtung Erklärung in the ausländerbehörde in Germany and send it to you.
