German Volume Training: The Ultimate Muscle-Building Technique for Insane Gains

Спорт

German Volume Training (GVT) is a popular weightlifting program that is known for its high volume and intensity. It was originally developed in Germany in the 1970s and gained popularity among bodybuilders and weightlifters.
The basic idea behind German Volume Training is to perform ten sets of ten repetitions (hence the name "10x10") for a particular exercise with a relatively heavy weight. The goal is to achieve a high training volume and promote muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth) through intense and focused work on specific muscle groups.
Charles puts his own spin on it based on his years of experience. He only prescribes this method for people training with a partner. Charles usually does 4-5 exercises per workout per muscle, but in GVT, he drops it to 3 exercises.
Rest intervals are based on you go, your partner goes, back to you, etc. Good luck. This program will crush you!

I just started this type of training not realizing it had a name for it. 10 sets,10 reps,10 weight increase or maintained. Blood flow was crazy and felt tighter💪ðŸ¿ðŸ’ªðŸ¿ðŸ’ªðŸ¿. Rest 45-90 secs depending on fitness level

Fact is- its your opinion, not fact. What works for one, might not work for another. Some need volume, some don't. You'll never know til you train and see the results. I agree there was some ego lifting though and generally with 10x10, you shouldn't be failing early sets!
