Missed opportunity for Gerard, when Conan said this is madness, he should’ve said, “THIS IS SPARTA!”

He was 38 and just awesome!

First movie I ever saw Gerald in was when he played vampire in Dracula 2000. Absolutely phenomenal actor!

Gerard was great in 300 as well as all his other action films. I just wish his career had started a little earlier cuz he would've been perfect as a Clansman in "Braveheart". Fun fact: One of his earliest roles was as a British Navy bridge officer in the 1997 James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies". He's only in it for about 10 seconds so don't blink or you'll definitely miss him.

He was great in den on thieves. Very believable, but his best was the law abising citizen movie. It was so well written and acted, it seemed like on of those scripts that was written just for him. Kind of like liam neeson in walk amongst the tombstones. He reminds me of a Sean Connery , a real mans, man.
