As a Navy Fan I Have Great Respect For Larry Munson Big Time Since Your a Georgia Fan Go Dawgs!

My god this will never get old. If Georgia would release a remaster of every game Larry called dubbed over film I'd buy 4 copies just for me.

I’ve never heard anyone say touchdown like Larry Munson. With the emphasis on the “down”. He will forever be the voice of UGA football.

I wish Larry Munson could be here to call the championship game on Monday night. We miss Larry tremendously.

Fast forward to 8:20 and listen with your eyes closed... that's how people who listened to Munson heard the game. legendary. RIP Larry. You were a DGD

Munson truly painted a picture in your head. He was the absolute greatest announcer. Scott Howard learned a lot of Larry, which is why he is as good as he is today.

As a gigantic Tech fan speaking on behalf of the rest of college football: boy do we miss you, Larry.

I'm a Florida fan, but I respect Larry Munson. He was so passionate about his team and the way he announced the games showed it. I always have respect for someone that's passionate and fiercely loyal to their team, even if it's one of my team's biggest rivals. RIP Larry

I just came across this and watched it 3 times just to listen.....and of course to see the awesome win. Now, I am BAMA fan (love those Dawgs too) but just hearing Larry Munson's voice and his "play by" gave me goosebumps on goosebumps. I honestly believe he had more heart than any other "VOICE" in all of college ball. I also think he had more game knowledge than many coaches. Man, this is one BAMA fan that misses Larry. I believe he is "up above" watching me as I write this. I am positive of that......I just heard him say "my GOD, thank you buddy." Well, I better get off of this now, just got sand in my eyes. R I P.

Everytime i drink i sit and watch this video to reminisce and buddy let me tell you.. we came a long ways. From struggling to beat Tech to a Natty in my lifetime.. Its incredible. Ive traveled the world, seen some beautiful things, and did some crazy things but man I tell you aint nothing like seeing them boys win that Natty. Win or lose its ALWAYS good to be a Dawg!!!

Really miss this man....especially this year and last years' seasons.....nothing like muting the tv and listening to this while watching the game. Would have done anything to be in the booth with this man!

Ben Dotson I’m 58 and grew up in Savannah- lifelong Dawgs fan here. Thanks for the trip down memory lane! I miss Munson like crazy - and I watched that Lindsay Scott game with my dad and we both cried after that play.

Damn I miss Munson. Howard is amazing, but Munson was the GOAT. I just wish I could have heard him call this years natty R.I.P. to the GOAT

The only thing that would be great is if Munson had called the 2018 CFP with Alabama and UGA had won the game.

So glad I came across this video, hearing Larry call the game brings back so many memories of watching and listening to georgia football with my dad ( rip dad) now I watch the Dawgs with my little girl.

Miss this man, games just arent the same without him. grateful i could enjoy his calls for so many years.

Sorry, but Al Ciraldo holds that title.

Larry Munson was One Of a Kind and will always be the voice of the DAWGS.

I remember this game as well...beautiful memories when I saw the highlights on the latest Munson DVD. Loved Loran's reaction..."I jumped about six feet, and I can't do it! BUT I DID!"

Boy I wish Munson had lived long enough to watch Georgia win back to back nationals under Smart! I’m just glad Dooley got to see them win it all again.

The first down Danny Ware was the difference in the game. He meant to get it, and that's exactly what he did. He never stopped and kept his legs pumping. Pure strength and will.

Miss the legend!! Go Dawgs!!!

It's just not the same without Munson.

Munson was and is GEORGIA FOOTBALL

3:50 onwards you can just close your eyes and he paints the picture perfectly. You don't get that with any of the announcers nowadays.

The Auburn game on the plains that year with Tra Battle might just be an all time Top 5 game for me personally
