Amazing video, guys. It´s great to learn things from GSP and Firas. Even if you don´t practice martial arts you still can apply them to life.

I don't understand how anyone can give this a thumb down because it is an absolutely stunning piece of work. Fight Network is the real deal.

GSP was on steroids and the only fucking reason he wanted to come back was because he asked for tooo much money and he knows it and he wanted to be in the news again. Georges ain't worth shit and he was the most boring fighter ever, PEOPLE FORGET THEESE THINGS.

Another very solid video from this series Fight Network has been stepping up big time lately!

georges, firas, and tristar is a magical combination of greatness, and i get to witness the genius of it all in my life

shamoen Yeah Forreal, it set like Jackson's is pretty solid. They have freaks in that camp lol

Firas is a phenomenal trainer and coach. He keeps the ego in check and focuses on the training.

too bad tarec doesnt take enough chances; single punch strikes. kim had the octagon control, forward pressure whole fight, landed some solid punches,i had kim slightly

I am 14 and I adore George Saint Pierre. I train karate and I love UFC so I think it is clear why I love him.

I'd love to train there but I'm from a small island far from possibilities I know i could have. George you give me motivation thanks brothah.

Ufc super star best of the best at 170 pound the greatest champion..at that weight division till this day 2020 there still has not been a better mma fighter at that wieght class ..and he still went up to 185 and took the belt from bispin,,he had the heart to move up and g.s.p won the victory and got the 185 belt he got 2 belts ,truly a phenomenal mma star that is humble and is a great example of a true martial artist .
