I am a lifelong Charley Pride fan (every 45rpm, every LP, every CD, every sheet music, every song book and dozens of concerts attended). They paid homage in another way - pretty much sticking to the arrangement that Charley did on his recordings. But I was hoping someone would do Kaw-Liga.

I love you George!!!! Lovely hearing this song . I grew up listening to his music. I loved it . This song has special meaning for me . I use to fly to San Antonio on a regular basis. My Mom lived in New Braunfels, Texas for 10 yrs. When her husband passed, she moved back to Ks. I lost her in 2018. Both of my parents are gone. I have to say, all those trips to Texas. Mom had a new build log cabin home. It was beautiful.... we really only slept there. We went every where In Texas, love So. Padre island 🌴. It’s been a while, but I love the State. I’ve been going there all my life . Thank you for sharing this. It was a real treat. ♥️🌹♥️

Hello 👋 Kay.

I love both hanks, Merle, Willie and Johny even alittle Alan Jackson but George sets a standard that won't be equalled. Especially now days when the artists don't even know which station to tune into to hear their "music". Long Live the King!
