The largest compliment, the biggest tribute you can ever pay a singer/songwriter is when you don't even get to sing your most famous song... everyone else does it for you... especially in an encore. George was like... so like do I get to sing (laughing) Crowd singing loudest but every one of these artists is famous in their own career and could not wait to jump in. George, thank you, you are my favorite artist of all time and you are truly now the king of Country. Thank you for keeping country music alive.

I will never forget those beautiful concerts all those beautiful lights. He is the best now would always love him. He always be in my heart and my prayers are with you forever and ever God bless you and God give you many more years.❤

George Strait has millions of fans. Picture of him all over KZread Google and more. He made country music what it is today. They love him . Every country music singer adores him. He well known in the industry. This man has earned the rights to be called " the king of country". He well organized with his band and back up singer. Millions of people love the music. I am one also love the music.

Just when ya think it couldn't get any louder George comes on and starts to sing.And it doesn't get any better when you have George and those on stage,then the WHOLE audience starts singing with them! Only in Country Music! Weird thing,most of them on stage have multiple exes.Talk about singing from experience.

I'm a fan of many people,but not enough to join.Unfortunately,there are too many scams out there sucking money from the fan base.I buy the albums from legitimate sources so the money goes to the real talent.The talent benefits and not some sleezy criminal.I can't afford nor want to support such scams.When I buy an album I know George Strait is getting the money he deserves for the hard work and talent he and others put into it.

Alan Jackson For Me King Of Country And Western Music !!! ...

First saw him at Ron Odom's Honky Tonk in Lubbock TX probably 75 or 76... just a dance hall and it was the "Ace In The Hole Band" with George as the front man. Typical 45 mins on 15 off kinda place. He was going to college in Canyon TX at the time, North Texas State I think. One of the very nicest performers I ever met. I was just a bar back at the time.
